Authentic Thai, stir fried beef and basil! This is a classic dish over in Thailand -  it’s SPICY but easily adjustable…just leave out a few of the chilies, if you need to.

My buddy, Steve Tyler, recently went on his very first big fishing trip out of San Diego and brought home 100 lbs of bluefin tuna! He was very generous and shared his amazing bounty with me; I seared some and made this delicious poke with the rest!
VOODOO CAJUN BEER CAN CHICKEN
Beer can chicken might be my favorite way to smoke or grill chicken; it’s a foolproof way to end up with the moistest, most succulent chicken you’ve ever tasted! For this recipe, I used a generous amount of Meat Church’s Holy Voodoo Rub, with its Cajun flavors and a kick of jalapeño…Hallelujah! This is good stuff!
SMOKED HEARTS OF PALM LASAGNA
I tried a product I had not cooked with before and it was fantastic - hearts of palm lasagna sheets! Paired with other veggies and my homemade roasted marinara, and man, what a fantastic lasagna that my family loved! I also used plant based cheese which turned this into a vegan lasagna!!!
RED WINE CHICKEN PROVENCAL WITH OLIVES AND TOMATOES
You don’t need to live in France to enjoy some of the taste of French cooking. And not all French food is complicated or thick sauces. This is so easy to make - all in one pan and just a few steps to complete. The smoker gives it a slight smoked flavor but you could easily make this in the oven.
