2.5 lb smoked, boneless ham (got mine from Devil’s Gulch Ranch)
¼ cup honey + additional for basting
2-3 tbsp chili powder, to taste
Smoker or oven
- Preheat smoker or oven to 400°F.
- Score the skin of the ham in a diamond pattern to allow the honey and chili powder to really soak in.
- Rub the ham with chili powder then smear it with the honey.
- Smoke/bake for 30-40 minutes, basting with a little extra honey a few times throughout cooking. Remove once a nice, crunchy crust has formed and the ham is heated through.
- Slice and enjoy!
