I found out about the set from a friend that has them and was able to use his for carving up a pig after roasting and was some impressed. He gave me your web site and I just happened onto the flash sale and bought my set. I am very pleased with the quality and performance of the set. Have almost finished resharpenng some ancient steak knives. Fantastic item
These knives are SHARP! One of the best investments I have made in my kitchen. Cutting large pieces of meat is now such an easy task. I damaged one of my knives (my fault) and contacted customer support to see how I can get it repaired. Jason, the owner, contacted me personally and took care of me. Who does that any more?! I can't say enough good things about this product.

Love the Thermometer, just make sure when you open to open from the base. If you open any the end of the probe the plastic base will eventually break.

I wanted to use it hunting and fishing. But haven't been yet and I have used it in the kitchen and I love it !!
Dull knife, is a dangerous knife, when you have to use excess force to cut, chances are your knife will slip and cut you. A sharp knife, requires little effort and will not slip.
