One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever made - the Ultimate Tuna Melt! I used smoked tuna, but you could definitely try it with baked, grilled, or even canned tuna.

APPLE RHUBARB CHERRY COBBLER

CREAMY CHICKEN, MUSHROOM, AND CAULIFLOWER MARSALA
A gluten-free and dairy-free version of an Italian classic - Chicken Marsala. We’ve subbed out the pasta for perfectly tender cauliflower and used plant-based butter and cream to keep it dairy-free. The mushroom sauce is creamy, earthy, and has just the right amount of sweetness thanks to the Marsala wine.
SMOKED HAM SPLIT PEA SOUP
This recipe brings me back to when my grandmother and mom made this yummy soup on a rainy night or even when we had a random cold Spring day. Coming home from school and smelling the soup on the stove was such a highlight of my childhood. My grandmother would use the ham bone from Easter and add a little extra of the sliced ham. My kid now loves it too!
