Crisp, tender, grilled chicken with incredible flavor thanks to a super simple Cajun rub! You probably already have everything you need on your spice rack! Oh, and there's butter involved so you know it's gonna be good!

10 pieces chicken (I like to use legs and thighs but choose whatever makes you happy!)
Combine all ingredients for the spice rub in a bowl and mix well.
Generously season your chicken pieces with the rub and place in a large foil pan. Top each piece of chicken with about a 1/2 tablespoon cube of butter.
Cook until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached, about 30 minutes.
