BAKED KOREAN CHICKEN WINGS
Fellow dad Hop Le saw a recipe for Korean Chicken Wings in the Wall Street Journal a few years back and recreated the recipe for our Asian night themed dinner party. This was sooo tasty. He used the Air Fryer to cook them and these yummy wings came out perfect! You could also bake - no need to fry in oil!

The delightful flavors of lemongrass and garlic really shine through in this simple grilled pork chop recipe. I recommend keeping the pork chops thin so that the marinade can really penetrate. Serve with a sunny-side-up egg for a true Vietnamese style dish.

When we were in Japan for our son's birthday, we enjoyed a lot of different types of Japanese rice bowls or "donburi" featuring fish, chicken or meat over steamed rice. This chicken teriyaki version is super easy to make in 30 minutes and has incredible flavor! You and your family will love it. Try throwing in some of your favorite veggies or using beef instead!
