Traditional Greek Spinach Pie with Chef George Karabatsis

I'm a professional chef,  I gather my experience by working in restaurants or hotels. 

I am a parent of two kids - Konstantinos (9yo) and Julia (5yo). We raise them together with my lovely wife Milda and try to provide  good examples for their future. 

Q1 - What’s one tool in the kitchen you wish you had?
Thermomix, I can accomplish many recipes using it.

Q2 - What’s your biggest meal disaster?
One time I have made sous vide Beef Fillet Mignon and forgot to check the temperature. Made everything well done - 2 kilos of meat destroyed.

Q3 - What’s one thing you would like to learn how to make? 
Mastering molecular technique.

Q4 - If there was one dish you would teach your kid to make, what would it be?
Pancakes, they love them for breakfast. 

Q5 - What does it mean to you as a dad to cook for your family?
It is everything to me. I enjoy it, I like it! It is like I work in a restaurant, like having customers in the house.
