We are a family from Argentina living in the US for the last 17 years.  We love Virginia and are grateful for being able to live here. My wife from almost 30 years is incredible supporting of my cooking. And my 17 years old son is an amazing kid.          

Q1 - What’s one tool in the kitchen you wish you had and why?

Mmmm. That’s a hard one. I guess a dough sheeter so I can make puff pastries.

Q2 - What’s your biggest meal disaster?

When I met my wife I wanted to impress her cooking stuffed Italian zucchini’s. And forgot to boil them first. Had to call my mother to ask for instructions

Q3 - What’s one thing you would like to learn how to make?

Beef Wellington from scratch.

Q4 - If there was one dish you would teach your kid to make, what would it be?

Asado. (Argentine style BBQ) although he is quite good cooking anything

Q5 - What does it mean to you as a dad to cook for your family?

It’s taking care of them. A way to show them my love.
