I am tugboat driver/sailing canoe pilot/surfboard operator/hydrofoil enthusiast. I lucked out with the most perfect family imaginable.?️
We met up with Sage Spalding who was born and raised in Hawaii. Sage owns and operates Maui Sailing Canoe, an excursion canoe adventure tour in Maui. He’s a father of 2 awesome kids, Kirra and Cru, and married an amazing kickass woman Liz who is a tug boat captain here on the islands.
Sage’s Dad taught him this local favorite dish when he was a kid, but Sage has now added his own twist to it. You are going to love this episode and recipe!!!
