Q1 - What’s one tool in the kitchen you wish you had and why?

A full size restaurant dishwasher, need I say more? duh! washes dishes in 1 min;)

Q2 - What’s your biggest meal disaster?

Something that I thought Guiness would be a good sub in the recipe, let's just say it didn't work... #takeoutthatnight.

Q3 - What’s one thing you would like to learn how to make?

Pasta, I'd love to master it! It's not my jam, I can do it! but before I die I want to master it for sure.

Q4 - If there was one dish you would teach your kid to make, what would it be?

I'd teach her 80:) just finished my 2nd book and it's for my wife and daughter, almost like 80 recipes of our culinary chronicles.

Q5 - What does it mean to you as a dad to cook for your family?

It's honestly my life, my purpose and my gift to my family... it's my purpose.. seriously
