Directions

1. Preheat broiler and place your sliced sourdough on a baking sheet.
2. Top two of the sourdough slices with a slice of brie and place under the broiler for 1-3 minutes, until the sourdough is toasted and brie is melted. (Watch closely!)
3. Remove from the broiler and spread the bottom slice of toast with mayo and mustard. Top with your sliced ribeye, a few roasted red peppers, and finally the toast with the melted brie.
4. Dig in!
