- Preheat broiler and place your sliced sourdough on a baking sheet.
- Top two of the sourdough slices with a slice of brie and place under the broiler for 1-3 minutes, until the sourdough is toasted and brie is melted. (Watch closely!)
- Remove from the broiler and spread the bottom slice of toast with mayo and mustard. Top with your sliced ribeye, a few roasted red peppers, and finally the toast with the melted brie.
- Dig in!
