¾ cup cocoa powder
⅓ cup honey
⅓ cup almond (or non-diary) milk

- Combine the silken tofu, cocoa powder, honey, and almond milk in a food processor or high speed blender. Blend until silky smooth.
- Taste and add a bit more honey, if desired.
- Pour into individual serving cups and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
