These Spiced Apple Donuts are moist, healthy and super delicious! Easy to make - You wouldn't know they are Paleo and Gluten Free too!
2 cups almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
¼ cup full fat coconut milk
¼ cup apple sauce
¼ cup maple syrup
2 eggs
2 tbsp coconut oil melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp sea salt
1 ½ tbsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp ginger
Silicone donut pan
Mixing bowls
Notes: These are not like your traditional type donuts, they are more like a muffin.
If you want sweeter tasting donuts, use 1/4 cup of Brown Sugar instead of the Maple Syrup.
If you don't have almond flour or coconut flour you can substitute it with a Gluten Free flour like Cup4Cup
