SIMPLE BAKED ALASKA KING SALMON

The easiest recipe for baked salmon - turns out perfect every time! All you need is a few ingredients and about 20 minutes. Serve alongside a nice salad and dinner is done!
INGREDIENTS:
Wild Alaska King Salmon (I personally prefer the tail piece)
Olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Italian seasoning, to taste
Lemon wedges
Tools
Smoker or oven
Baking sheet
Aluminum foil
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat smoker or oven to 375°F.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place your piece of salmon on the sheet.
- Generously drizzle olive oil over the salmon and season to taste with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes. Don’t overcook it; it’s best when cooked to medium-rare.
- Remove from smoker or oven, add a squeeze of lemon, and enjoy!
