SAUTÉED GREEN BEANS

Chef Jonathan Johnson's recipe for Sautéed Green Beans goes well with just about anything and it couldn't be simpler!
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb green beans
1 tbsp unsalted butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
Tools
Cutting board
Knife
Large skillet
DIRECTIONS:
- Trim or snap off the tops of the green beans.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Toss the green beans into the pan.
- Sauté the green beans for 5-10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat, serve, and enjoy!
