SAUTÉED GREEN BEANS

YIELDS: 4 Servings PREP TIME: 5 mins COOK TIME: 10 mins TOTAL TIME: 15 mins

Chef Jonathan Johnson's recipe for Sautéed Green Beans goes well with just about anything and it couldn't be simpler!

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb green beans
1 tbsp unsalted butter
Salt and pepper, to taste

Tools 
Cutting board 
Knife
Large skillet 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Trim or snap off the tops of the green beans.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
  3. Toss the green beans into the pan.
  4. Sauté the green beans for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Remove from heat, serve, and enjoy!
