INGREDIENTS:

4 Yukon gold potatoes
Olive oil
Sea salt
Pepper

Tools 
Cutting board 
Knife
Baking sheet 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Slice the potatoes very thinly using a mandolin or very sharp knife.
  3. Lay the potato slices in a single layer on a large baking sheet and drizzle liberally with olive oil.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer to the preheated oven and roast for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown.
