RED AKUMA COCKTAIL

A uniquely refreshing whiskey cocktail with a bit of a kick from the Thai chili peppers! If you're feeling adventurous, give this one a try!

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz Japanese whiskey
2 tsp agave syrup
2 oz blood orange San Pellegrino
2 Thai chili peppers (or other small, spicy pepper), cut in half lengthwise
Ice

Tools
Cutting board 
Knife
Cocktail shaker

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine the whiskey, agave syrup, blood orange soda, and Thai chili pepper in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into two rocks glasses filled with ice.
  3. Garnish with a chili pepper, if desired and enjoy! (Responsibly, of course.)
