These simple, Easy Egg Bites are a wonderful make-ahead breakfast and a great way to utilize whatever fresh produce, cheese, and/or meats you have hanging out in your fridge! 



8-10 egg whites, lightly beaten OR a carton of egg whites to make it even easier! 
Freshly cracked black pepper 
Maldon sea salt 
Italian seasoning (or seasoning of your choice) 

Filling Ideas 
Feta cheese 
Shredded cheddar cheese 
Crumbled sausage, bacon, or chorizo 
Diced ham
Diced mushrooms 
Diced zucchini
Diced onion 
Thinly sliced green onion 
Diced peppers
Shredded carrot 

Cutting board 
Muffin tin w/ silicone liners OR a silicone muffin tray


  1. Preheat oven to 385°F. 
  2. Gather your fillings and fill each cup about halfway. (The great thing about these is that each cup can be different, if you want it to be!)
  3. Add egg whites to each cup until it almost reaches the top. 
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. 
  5. I like to sprinkle a little shredded cheese on top before baking. 
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, until the eggs are set and lightly golden. 
  7. Allow to cool to room temperature before removing from the baking tray. 
  8. Wrap tightly and refrigerate. Pop in the microwave or air fryer for 1-2 minutes to heat up. Enjoy!
