BISON & LAMB MEATLOAF

Bison & Lamb Meatloaf is way better than what Mom used to make! The combination of these two meats are so juicy and flavorful your friends and family will ask you to make this all the time!
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb ground bison
1 lb ground lamb
1 egg
½ cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp cracked black pepper
⅛ cup Italian seasoning
1 tbsp kosher salt
½ chopped onion
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
4 bacon strips

Loaf pan
Cutting board
Knife
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 365°F.
- Combine all the ingredients in one large bowl and mix together with your hands until everything is evenly distributed.
- Put all of the meat mixture into a meatloaf pan and evenly distribute it. Now take your 4 bacon strips and place them on top evenly.
- Put the meatloaf in the oven for 60 minutes. Done!
Note: Use some J. Lee Roys Original BBQ Dippin' Sauce on it. It’s the best way to gobble this meatloaf down!
