BISON & LAMB MEATLOAF

1 lb ground bison
1 lb ground lamb
1 egg
½ cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp cracked black pepper
⅛ cup Italian seasoning
1 tbsp kosher salt
½ chopped onion
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
4 bacon strips

  1. Preheat oven to 365°F. 
  2. Combine all the ingredients in one large bowl and mix together with your hands until everything is evenly distributed.
  3. Put all of the meat mixture into a meatloaf pan and evenly distribute it. Now take your 4 bacon strips and place them on top evenly.
  4. Put the meatloaf in the oven for 60 minutes. Done!

Note: Use some J. Lee Roys Original BBQ Dippin' Sauce on it. It’s the best way to gobble this meatloaf down!
