ARUGULA SALAD

6 cups arugula
1 cup cherry tomatoes
½ red onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup freshly shaved parmesan
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
Sea salt and pepper, to taste

Large bowl 
  1. In a large bowl, toss together the arugula, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and shaved parmesan.
  2. Drizzle with the lemon juice and olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss until well coated.
