A guy named Bob Gibson invented Alabama White BBQ Sauce over 100 years ago and it still remains a popular sauce in the South and now in my neck of the woods! Super tasty on chicken and my party wings! Make it spicy by using hot horseradish, spicy mustard, and extra cayenne if you want more of a kick!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp brown mustard (I used spicy brown mustard)
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp prepared horseradish (I used a hot horseradish)
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp hot sauce
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp cayenne pepper (add more for a spicier sauce)
Salt and pepper to taste (I used about ½ tsp each)

DIRECTIONS:
- Whisk together all ingredients in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Try it on grilled chicken or pork chops, marinate with it, baste with it, the possibilities are endless!
