This refreshing Purple Haze cocktail combines rum, fresh lime juice, and the tropical flavors of mango and passionfruit. Topped with a light and frothy ube foam and ready to be enjoyed poolside…cheers!
½ oz lilikoi syrup
½ oz mango nectar
Splash of ube syrup
Cocktail shaker
Cocktail glass
Combine the white rum, dry curaçao, lime juice, lilikoi syrup, and mango nectar in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Top with a splash of dark rum.
Rinse the cocktail shaker and add the egg white, lemon juice, cold water, and splash of ube syrup.
Shake vigorously before adding ice to froth the egg white then add a scoop of ice and continue to shake until a light and frothy foam has formed.
Carefully add to the top of the cocktail, garnish with a sprig of mint, serve, and enjoy!
