Israeli Chopped Salad - Dads That Cook

A traditional Israeli chopped salad loaded with chopped veggies, fresh herbs, olive oil, and lemon. A healthy and refreshing side dish!

¼ cup minced cilantro
¼ cup minced mint
¼ cup minced parsley
2 tsp ground sumac
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ cup olive oil
6 green onions, thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic
4 tomatoes, seeded and minced
3 medium cucumbers, seeded and minced
2 serrano chiles, seeded and minced
1 red bell pepper, seeded and minced
1 large white onion, minced
3 lemons, juiced and zested
Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste

Toss all ingredients for the salad into a large bowl and mix until well combined.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
