I’m a professional chef. I studied in college for 4 years and got my Advanced diploma in culinary art.
I have 10 yrs experience as a chef. I have worked in different 5 stars hotels like Kigali Marriott Hotel, Radisson Blu Hotel, now I’m at Singita National Park Kwitonda Lodge as Chef de Partie in main kitchen !!
I’m happily married and we have a 2 yr old boy…
Q1 - What’s one tool in the kitchen you wish you had and why?
Knives because they can help me every where I go for my job.
Q2 - What’s your biggest meal disaster?
No food is a disaster because every food you eat are necessary to complete the needs of our bodies.
Q3 - What’s one thing you would like to learn how to make?
I like to put an effort to know more different dishes with different cultures like Indian, Korean, Arabic food
Q4 - If there was one dish you would teach your kid to make, what would it be?
I teach my kid to make pasta poromodorini, it's a very simplest dish without to much techniques in preparation.
Q5 - What does it mean to you as a dad to cook for your family?
Cooking is pleasure when I do it with my family it develops happiness it's so very nice to cook for them. As a dad I like to see happiness with in my family !!
