I’ve been a stay at home dad to twin boys for the majority of 4 years. Bartender, Husband, Dad, Autism advocate. From Portland, OR.

Q1 - What’s one tool in the kitchen you wish you had and why?

Kitchen aid mixer. Tons of fun attachments, from pasta making, to making ice cream. Or just mixing stuff.

Q2 - What’s your biggest meal disaster?

Over cooking short ribs with some friends.

Q3 - What’s one thing you would like to learn how to make?

Neapolitan pizza crust. Legit Neapolitan crust.

Q4 - If there was one dish you would teach your kid to make, what would it be?

My great grandmothers Swedish meatballs. Nothing fancy, but a recipe that’s been passed down.

Q5 - What does it mean to you as a dad to cook for your family?

Setting a healthy, good example at this age. Making a lot of new dishes and seeing my boys and wife happy and healthy. Also telling me how good it is.
