Enjoy the robust flavors of India with this homestyle Tandoori Curry Red Chicken recipe. Easy to make and super tasty... Make some rice and spinach to go with it, your family will love it!
Put 1/4 cup of Olive oil in the Bowl add Garlic and Ginger Paste, Curry Powder(couple of pinches) and Tandoori Powder(1 pinch), Mix them well
Next, Toss the Chicken Thighs in the bowl and coat them well using your hands
Cover the Bowl with the saran wrap and put it in the fridge Over Night
Take the Chicken from the fridge let sit to room temperature
Set Grill Temperature to 375-400 degrees
Put the Chicken Thighs on the Grill for 7-10 minutes per side

2 lbs Chicken Thighs
1 Oz Garlic Paste
1/2 Oz Ginger Paste
