Super Simple Cheesy Potato Egg Soufle'... make this for your kids in the morning they will love you!

Pre-heat oven to 400*

I used an already baked potato left over from the night before.

Cut the potato into cubes and place them in the bottom of the ramekin

Add pinch of salt, pepper, onion powder and Italian seasoning.

Top the potato with shredded Cheddar Cheese.

In a bowl mix one egg with a splash of milk until blended!

Pour egg mix on top of potato then Add a pinch more Cheddar Cheese!

Bake at 400* for 20 minutes then Broil for 3 minutes to get cheese crispy…

Take out of oven let site for 3-5 minutes before eating!

You can add anything you like in this soufle'... Mushrooms, veggies, cooked sausage, cooked bacon... whatever you can dream up! Super Simple!


Egg 1

Milk - splash

Bake Potato - Preferably left over from the night before.

Cheddar Cheese Shredded

Salt - pinch

Pepper - Pinch

Onion Powder - Pinch

Italian Seasoning - Pinch



Fork to mix egg

Ramekin to bake it it
