Heat your pan to medium heat with the Olive Oil and Sesame Seed oil.
Add the Onions and stir until onions are translucent.
Add your chicken in the pan and cook for a few minutes until both sides are seared.
Add cracked pepper, cayenne pepper, soy sauce, ginger and garlic, mushrooms and stir.
Add the chicken broth and honey and put your pan on Low heat for a low boil and cover for 7 mins.
Add the Mango, stir and cook for 3 mins.
Add your Sesame Seeds stir and serve over rice…
1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast (cut in small pieces)
1 Mango (cut up into chunks)
8 Crimini Mushrooms (sliced)
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Cracked Pepper
½ cup Chicken Broth
½ Red Onion (chopped)
1 tsp Garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp Ginger (finely chopped)
2 tbsp Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Sesame Oil
