Directions

1.Make Cubes of Pork Shoulder and simmer Pork on medium heat for about 2-3 hours

2.On the other hand, Lets make Green Sauce

3.Roast Pasilla & Bell Peppers

4.Peel them off and strip the seeds off

5.Now put them into the Blender

6.Peel off the Tomatillos, Cut them into pieces

7.Throw them into Blender too

8.Start the Blender(Keep adding Tomatillos one bye one)

9.Add the Garlic Cloves afterwards

10.When Sauce gets Ready, Pour the Sauce into Meat

11.Add Cumin, Kosher salt and Brown Sugar

12.Chop the Onion and put the whole Onion into it

13.Cook it a little bit more

14.All Done

15.Enjoy Chilli Verde!!
