Best Tangy Cole Slaw around...Chef Marc show us his easy to make cole slaw recipe that will make your family ask for more!

Make thin slices of Onions and put them into a bowl of Red Wine Vinegar, set aside for about 20 minutes
Chop Cabbage (make sure you cut out the core part) and place into a Large Bowl
Chop Jalapenos and Parsley and add them into that Large Bowl with Cabbage
In another bowl and add 1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar, 1 tsp Salt and 2-3 tbsp Dijon Mustard, whisk to combine then add 1/2 cup Olive Oil and mix well
Strain the Onions from the Vinegar and add them into that large Bowl with Cabbage, Jalapenos and Parsley
Pour the dressing on top of the cabbage etc...Mixing with your hands(cause its easy)
Let it sit in the fridge for few hours
Take it out and Enjoy!
