BBQ Corn with Spicy Butter Sauce and Feta

Bust out the grill for this twist on grilled corn! Even the kids will love it! Chef Jason Glover of Dads That Cook shows you a simple way to create an out-of-the-ordinary take on grilled corn on the cob.

Directions

PREP

1. Preheat grill to 375 degrees F.

MAKE BUTTER SAUCE

2. Cut the butter in chunks and place in the measuring cup; add the chili powder.

3. Microwave the mixture for 1 minute or until melted.

4. Stir the mixture until combined.

GRILL THE CORN

5. Place the corn as is--in the husk (not shucked, cleaned or soaked) on the grill.

6. Leave on the grill for 15 minutes, rotating every 5 minutes.

7. When done, let cool a little bit, then pull husks down (don't remove unless you want to) and remove the hair.

SPREAD THE BUTTERY GOODNESS

8. Put an ear on each plate, spoon the butter mixture over each ear.

9. Sprinkle some feta cheese on top of each ear.

SERVE & ENJOY!

2-cup Measuring Cup (microwave- safe)

Thongs (heat-safe for the grill)

1 stick Butter (1/2 cup)

1/2 tsp Chili Powder (to taste)

3 ears Corn (whole, not shucked)

Feta, crumbed (to taste)
