Finished CHICKEN STIR FRY! Wifey went bananas - actually said she didn’t need to eat out ever again - uh, that’s good news, right????????????! I mean I love to cook but 24/7/365? That’s going to be the title of my new cookbook lol!!
Sat down and wrote the recipe - I’ll write it up more officially in a few days for the Dads That Cook website...
Got my Wok hot and added Coconut Oil - 2-3 Tablespoons. While it was heating up, I seasoned Chicken Wings in a bowl with Sesame Oil, Olive Oil, Chinese five spice, salt, pepper - then put in the high heat wok - mixed, stirred and added 1 Tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce, pepper, kept on high heat then added small amount of soy, puréed ginger, and garlic until wings got to 165 degrees. Set aside.
Separate pan on med high heat - added coconut oil and diced onions and sautéed til soft, added fresh minced ginger, chopped lobster mushrooms, added chopped Anaheim and hot chili pepper plus red bell pepper. Sautéed for a few mins until bell pepper was soft. Added Hoisin sauce, Oyster sauce and No Soy Soy Sauce, little Sesame oil, Vegetable Broth, 1/2 tsp Chili Garlic sauce, 1 tsp Honey, stirred, covered for 5 mins. Added chopped spinach, covered for a couple mins. Added chicken wings on top to make sure they were hot! Served! And enjoyed!!
